Fashion Sales Advisor

**Overview:** As a Fashion Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our fashion trends and products, and contributing to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. You will work closely with the rest of the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store • Actively promote our products to customers, using your fashion and product knowledge to provide relevant information • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Participate in relevant available Onboarding, introduction processes, and trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development • Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms and contribute to garment presentation and execution • Support with garment refill and care, and ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • *Qualifications:** We are looking for a motivated and fashion-conscious individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is willing to learn and grow with our team.
