Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service and effective relationship-building • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's overall revenue growth • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and techniques to create an engaging shopping environment • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery • Follow company policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Requirements: • Minimum one year of sales experience in retail or services; high school diploma or equivalent required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client loyalty • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with occasional overtime • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and navigate the sales floor and stock room effectively
