We're looking for an experienced Fashion Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth. About the Role: • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth • Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • 1+ year retail management experience • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Physical Demands: • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift) • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
