Fashion Retail Stylist

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual with a love of fashion, styling, and working with people.. Outgoing and personable with the ability to connect with customers is a must. Knowledge of current fashion trends and fits with the ability to style customers for every occasion, while creating a welcoming atmosphere is key. Being comfortable in front of the camera using social media is a must. Fashion retail experience and flexible schedule required. Position is located at little APPLE in the Del Mar Highlands Town Center (12925 El Camino Real Ste J7. Responsibilities Include:

Reaching and exceeding daily sales goals through suggestive selling and product knowledge.

Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, weekends and some holidays included.

Knowledge and ability to use social media platforms to drive sales.

Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

Customer Connection: initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome and will return in the future. Follow up with customers regarding purchase and future product suggestions.

This is not a seasonal position, must be available past summer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
