Role Description The Fashion Retail Stock Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at SW/TCH Boutique in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on maintaining organized back-of-house and sales floor inventory, including receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, tagging, and accurately shelving and replenishing stock. The Stock Associate supports the sales and styling teams by ensuring products are quickly accessible, sized and sorted correctly, and presented in a visually appealing manner. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular stock counts, assisting with transfers and returns, keeping storage areas clean and orderly, and communicating any stock discrepancies or product needs to management. The role may also involve light customer-facing support, such as locating items for clients, helping prepare looks for styling appointments, and assisting during events.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and occasionally support client requests.Candidates should possess Sales and product support skills to assist the sales team with item location, preparation, and merchandising when needed.Candidates should possess practical Shelving and Stocks management skills to receive, organize, and replenish merchandise efficiently and accurately.Attention to detail and a high level of organization in handling luxury and delicate items.Comfort working in a fast-paced, boutique retail environment with shifting priorities.Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.Prior retail or stockroom experience, especially in fashion or luxury goods, is preferred but not required.Reliable availability for part-time, on-site shifts, including possible weekends or evenings as business needs require.
