Thrift Retail + Social Media Intern Associate

Part-Time | Paid | 10 Hours/Week

re/CHIC is looking for a creative, fashion-loving college student to join our team as a Retail + Social Media Intern Associate.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in social media, merchandising, e-commerce and small-business retail.

What You’ll Do

Create content for Instagram and TikTok
Photograph and style merchandise
Post items to online resale marketplaces
Help merchandise and refresh the store
Support promotions, events and seasonal campaigns
Assist with basic social media planning
Help identify fashion, resale and social media trends
Weekly Goals

Once trained, typical weekly goals will include:

8–12 online marketplace listings
3–5 pieces of social content
1 merchandising refresh
Product photography and styling as needed
Shifts
Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Thursday: 2:30 – 7:00 PM
Friday: 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: As needed

Approximately 10 hours per week.

Compensation

$16/hour

Academic credit may also be available through your college or university.

Have a good eye for styling and visual presentation
Are creative, reliable and organized
Are comfortable working independently and interacting with customers
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok or online resale platforms is a plus, but not required.
