The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Full Time Sales Team Lead is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalized service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
Qualifications
High school diploma1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment2 years of retail experience is an assetHas passion for fashionCustomer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilitiesDemonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationshipsHave the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and serviceSocial Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an assetIs available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needsWhat we have to offer…
