Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Specialist, your role is pivotal in driving sales and ensuring that every customer enjoys a fantastic shopping experience. Bring your positive attitude and passion for service to delight our MadRag shoppers!
Your Responsibilities:
Champion customer service through our ASSIST program.Create a welcoming environment for customers as they enter and exit the store.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.Actively seek opportunities to enhance customer experiences.Employ effective selling techniques to engage our customers.Introduce and promote current sales, promotions, loyalty programs, and other brand initiatives.Follow our Customer FIRST model: Friendly Greeting, Identifying Needs, Responding, Suggesting and Styling, and Thanking.Process sales transactions accurately and maintain accountability at the registers.Display teamwork, initiative, and ownership in every interaction.Uphold visual standards for the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays.Assist with daily store recovery before, during, or after opening hours.Adapt swiftly to a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.What We’re Looking For:
Energetic individuals with outstanding verbal communication skills.Competence to complete sales transactions using the register system.A flexible schedule to meet business needs, including availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.Able to stand and walk for up to 100% of the working time.Capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.Benefits Include:
