Job Overview: The Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture within our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Management in achieving sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Support Management in promoting sales culture and achieving company sales goals • Communicate product knowledge to customers and recommend merchandise selections based on their needs and desires • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, pricing, and visual standards • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain a fast and efficient register experience Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent required • Retail or sales experience preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
