• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain an outstanding shopping experience. Duties: • Greeting customers when they walk through the door • Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations • Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed • Inviting customers to search the company’s website • Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor • Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas • Actively seek out customers in store • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options • Process POS (point of sale) purchases • Cross sell products • Handle returns of merchandise • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service • Build productive trust relationships with customers • Comply with inventory control procedures • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design) • Manage store marketing channels such as SMS, Email marketing and social media • Develop and manage client book • Communicate with executives on daily store operations through daily recaps and weekly selling reports • Manage stylist pulls and VIP purchases • Strong interest in Fashion • Experience with social media channels • Experience using Shopify POS or similar software • Experience with CMS platforms • Experience with Klaviyo & Attentive is a preferred • High school diploma or equivalent qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role • Strong leadership and customer management abilities • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • $650 - $950 • Clothing allowance • Observance of 7 Major holidays • Paid sick time off • Paid training • Store hours are 10am - 8 pm (Holiday Schedule may shift)Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
