Compensation: $19.00 - $25 per hour Key Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude while delivering an exceptional shopping experience Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized product recommendations and styling assistance Drive individual and store sales by achieving sales goals and supporting overall store performance Maintain product knowledge to confidently introduce new collections, promotions, and featured merchandise Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing the stockroom, and maintaining inventory accuracy Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, well stocked, and visually appealing in accordance with company merchandising standards Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store recovery Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiatives Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and customer focused store environment Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations and business needs Minimum Qualifications 6 months of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred Basic computer skills, including entering, accessing, and updating information in retail systems Experience using retail technology such as POS systems, tablets, or mobile devices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
