Fashion Retail Sales Lead - Inspire Teams & Experiences

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Winston-Salem, NC to assist store leadership with daily operations and to coach the team toward strong performance. You'll drive guest experiences, maintain brand standards, handle inventory and scheduling, and contribute to a positive, customer-centered culture on the sales floor.

The role requires 2 years of retail management (preferred), flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and excellent communication.
