As a key member of our team, you will contribute to driving sales through providing genuine experiences for each customer. You will act as a brand representative, reflecting the company values and driving the store experience on the sales floor with an energized pace. Key Responsibilities: • Initiate conversation, share advice and product knowledge to interact with customers in every zone in a personalized, genuine way • Utilize technology to stay informed on events and special offers in-store and online to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective You will work collaboratively with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses. You will also maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
