Fashion Retail Sales Associate

This role involves providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their shopping experience in-store. You will be empowered to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience by greeting every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, reading customer cues, matching their needs with an elevated level of service, and meeting the customer where they are at. You will also receive inbound freight, prepare, and place merchandise on the sales floor per DSW standards, complete markdowns, maintain clearance standards, and organize and maintain the stockroom. Key Responsibilities: • Meet and greet customers with a helpful and friendly approach • Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members • Answer questions regarding product and complete customer transactions • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe shopping environment • Receive and process inbound freight We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
