Fashion Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview

Rungolee is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to support our growing brick-and-mortar fashion boutique. This customer-facing role is ideal for an experienced retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves fashion, and excels at delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales, support daily store operations, assist with visual merchandising, and help manage e-commerce order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service as the first point of contact in-store
Drive sales through personalized styling, wardrobing, and product recommendations
Build strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions accurately
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising
Maintain store presentation including mannequins, displays, and dressing rooms
Fulfill and package e-commerce and Shopify orders
Complete administrative and operational tasks related to sales, inventory, and order processing
Navigate Mac computers and utilize basic Microsoft Office programs
Support promotional events, holiday sales, and community events

Required Qualifications

1+ years of professional retail sales experience (fashion retail preferred)
College degree required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously
Experience with POS systems (Shopify experience a plus)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to accurately operate store systems and handle transactions
Saturday availability is required
Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional evening events
