Job Summary

The Fashion Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales while ensuring an exciting and enjoyable shopping experience for each customer. We seek individuals who bring positivity and a service-oriented mindset to every interaction, aiming to delight our MadRag shoppers.

Your Responsibilities:

Support customer service initiatives through our ASSIST program.Create a welcoming atmosphere as customers enter and exit the store.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.Use effective selling techniques to engage with customers.Introduce customers to current promotions, sales, and our loyalty program.Follow our Customer FIRST model: Friendly Greeting, Identifying Needs, Responding, Suggesting and Styling, and Thanking.Complete sales transactions with accuracy and accountability.Demonstrate initiative and teamwork in every interaction.Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and presentations.Assist in keeping the store organized and neat, both during and after business hours.Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Qualifications:

Energetic with excellent verbal communication skills.Able to process sales transactions accurately using the register system.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand and walk for the majority of working hours.Capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.Benefits:
