Job Summary Support customer service initiatives through our ASSIST program.Create a welcoming atmosphere as customers enter and exit the store.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.Use effective selling techniques to engage with customers.Introduce customers to current promotions, sales, and our loyalty program.Follow our Customer FIRST model: Friendly Greeting, Identifying Needs, Responding, Suggesting and Styling, and Thanking.Complete sales transactions with accuracy and accountability.Demonstrate initiative and teamwork in every interaction.Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and presentations.Assist in keeping the store organized and neat, both during and after business hours.Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Qualifications:
