Fashion Retail Sales Advisor

**Overview:** As a Fashion Retail Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. You will work closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience and contribute to the success of the store. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, and supporting them with direct customer service • Use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers and provide a personalized shopping experience • Actively promote and sell products to customers, and engage with customers to provide excellent service • Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team • Participate in relevant available Onboarding, introduction processes & trainings and courses relevant for your role & future development • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • Upkeep & follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services & in-store tech services/tools, etc (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc) • Support with opening and closing of the store • Following all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities • *Qualifications:** • As a Sales Advisor, you will be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • You should also be communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • *Benefits:** • Competitive compensation package • Staff discount card, usable on all H&M Group brands in stores and online • Inclusive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off • Opportunities for career growth and development • Express your personal style with employee discounts at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS • Access to a wide range of employee benefits and perks • Inclusive and diverse work environment • Opportunities to participate in community service and volunteer programs • Access to company-matched retirement plan • Paid time off, including a community day to serve your local community
