Fashion Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Retail Manager to join our team as a Co-Manager at Windsor Fashions. About the Job: • The Co-Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store productivity and drive sales growth. Responsibilities: • Drive sales to achieve overall store success • Build brand loyalty through excellent customer service • Analyze reports and communicate effectively to support payroll compliance, execute operations, and create an engaging shopping environment • Lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with Windsor's Visual Guidelines Requirements: • At least 1 year of retail management experience • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees • Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues with customers and associates • Effective communication in group and one-on-one settings Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
