Fashion retail Manager

PCJ Group is seeking a full-time Retail Manager/Project Manager for our New Orleans, Louisiana location. During the period of searching for the perfect site, the chosen candidate will be paid a fixed rate of $150 per week, to be paid directly to the employee for no more than 15 hours of remote work. However, when the lease has been signed and major work begins, such as interviewing employees, checking out what the architect and interior decorator are doing, making sure the store is linked with a local 3-pl service, communicating with the manufacturer to ensure delivery of inventory, water supply, and electricity, as well as internet service, and telephone service have been subscribed, employee's salary will be $5200 a month before taxes. The Project Manager will also be responsible for signing up for a sales tax number to be linked to that store. Project Manager is expected to earn a quarterly bonus in an amount no less than $2000 or $8,000 a year.
