At Windsor Fashions, we are a leading retailer and fast fashion company founded and operated by generations of the Zekaria family. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will support driving our mission statement in your store. You will coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail management experience and proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees. You should be able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates, communicate effectively in both group settings and one-on-one, welcome feedback and be ready to improve always.
