We are seeking a Fashion Retail Lead to join our team at AKIRA, a nationally recognized fashion brand. As a Stylist, you will serve as an ambassador for the AKIRA brand and provide a high-end styling experience to our clients. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service through our 5 steps of selling • Offer expert advice on styling and trends • Select merchandise to create head-to-toe looks for clients • Start and maintain personalized fitting rooms for each client • Build strong relationships with clients • Participate in store upkeep and develop knowledge of products • Achieve and surpass individual sales goals Requirements: • Strong work ethic and leadership skills • Ability to multitask and have a strong sense of urgency • Fun, personable, and positive attitude • High level of integrity and ability to be a team player • Experience in selling, styling, and clienteling Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
