Job Description The Key Holder is responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment for our clients. This includes providing excellent customer service, driving customer loyalty, and acting as a role model for new and existing employees by assisting in improving their brand, product, and service awareness. Responsibilities include: • Creating and organizing a pleasant shopping environment • Providing excellent customer service • Maintaining and developing the store Client book (sales after care) • Replenishing products on the sales floor according to company procedures while respecting visual merchandising standards • Achieving daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to achieve the store objectives
