About the Job We are looking for a Fashion Retail Expert to join our team at Indochino's Charleston Showroom. As the go-to expert for alterations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all garments meet our high standards of quality and fit. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to create loyalty and foster brand ambassadors • Provide expert advice on garment fitting, fabrics, styling, manufacturing techniques, and garment construction • Assist with customer fittings during high-traffic situations • Identify and communicate possible quality discrepancies, both from factory and from vendors Requirements • High level of fashion industry knowledge and expertise • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong desire and aptitude to develop, learn, and grow through hands-on experience Why Work at Indochino?
