We are seeking a dynamic individual who is both a talented salesperson and a CRM specialist-with the sensibility of a stylist-to join our in-store team.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate is warm, highly polished, and experienced in luxury fashion retail. You will be responsible for driving in-store sales, nurturing relationships with VIP clients, managing CRM tools, and delivering personal styling experiences that elevate our client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience with styling supportAct as the brand ambassador for walk-in customers and VIP appointmentsBuild, manage, and grow client relationships through personalized outreachUtilize CRM tools to track customer data, follow-up schedules, and client preferences - Organize styling sessions and provide lookbook or personalized recommendationsCoordinate with marketing for clienteling campaigns (e.g., events, launches)Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and CRM engagement KPIsMaintain store visual standards and client-ready appearance at all times

Requirements:
