Job Summary: Your primary duties will entail ensuring exceptional customer care, warmly receiving and guiding customers around the store to actively promote our items, as well as delivering assistance and direction. Utilizing your comprehension of fashion trends and product specifics, you will furnish customers with all pertinent information required for a satisfactory visit. Roles: • Delivering exceptional service by extending a friendly welcome to customers and providing them with dedicated assistance throughout their journey in the store and through various OMNI channels when applicable • Being open to engaging in discussions with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery • Lead customers through the diverse array of fashion trends, narratives, and products showcased throughout the store • Proficiency in successfully advertising and vending our products to consumers • Take proactive measures to boost the visibility and utilization of our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) while championing our eco-friendly practices in-store • Upholding a favorable reputation for both yourself and the H&M brand in all customer dealings • Provide support to the store management team in executing activities that are aimed at meeting sales targets through commercial and operational initiatives Fashion & Trend Awareness • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, styles, brands, and industry influencers.
