Responsibilities
Provide friendly, engaging customer service and styling recommendations
Drive sales through product knowledge and customer interaction
Support cashier, fitting room, and sales floor operations
Receive, organize, and replenish inventory
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
Work as part of a team to achieve sales and store goals
Qualifications
Retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar experience preferred
Passion for fashion and the Cider brand
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and handling stock shipments
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
