As a Fashion Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
Processing customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and securing cash and other transactions
Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to assist customers
Replenishing merchandise, maintaining store layout, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment
Monitoring and organizing floor stock and fitting room areas
Staying informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies
