Fashion Resale Specialist

Overview In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.Requirements If you've worked at the Resale Closet or Flower exchange, we want to talk with you.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and promotions.Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers while developing your skills in a supportive RESALE environment!
