Fashion Resale Assistant Manager

Our target audience is young adults and we have a wide selection of brands and styles. This role supports daily store operations, including supervising team members, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring an organized, welcoming sales floor. The Assistant Manager helps oversee the buying process by evaluating incoming clothing and accessories, pricing items, and maintaining inventory standards aligned with brand guidelines. Experience in retail or resale fashion is a must! High level of customer service, cash handling, and store operations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support team members in a diverse, inclusive environment.Interest in fashion trends and sustainable resale practices, with an eye for quality, style, and brand recognition.Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues.Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn store-specific software.Availability for a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Previous supervisory experience in retail is required.
