Join the Team Behind the Dresses That Define the Moment Key Responsibilities • Inspect incoming fashion apparel for quality, consistency, and construction accuracy • Identify and report any production variances or quality concerns • Perform light garment repairs and cleaning as needed • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports • Support the Design team by preparing garments for selection meetings, steaming dresses, dressing models, and assisting with sample handling • Assist the Customer Service team by fulfilling component requests and advising on fit adjustments or alterations • Make garment corrections based on design updates What You'll Bring (Required) • 3+ years of experience in quality control, fashion design, or garment production • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and finishing • Proficiency in both hand sewing and sewing machine techniques • Ability to identify and execute precise garment adjustments • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude • Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs • Must be able to work onsite daily in Ewing, NJ Join Mon Cheri and help bring our signature quality to life — one beautiful garment at a time.
