FASHION PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERN - Spring and Summer Semester

Alta Moda Communications is seeking a Los Angeles based showroom intern to support the PR team with showroom and luxury product maintenance. This is an in-office internship with opportunities to work closely with the public relations coordinator and public relations executives (Schiaparelli, Moschino, FENDI, Dundas, Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Giambattista Valli + more) Responsibilities: Manage sample inventory and maintain overall showroom appearance Work closely with PR coordinator and PR executive in maintaining an organized system for sample maintenance and transportation Work closely with PR teams to ensure smooth logistics in sample transportation including inventory, domestic and international shipping (customs proforma invoices) as well as local couriers Support press team with production related events, showroom appointments, or additional projects Oversee showroom supplies and restock Gain proficiency in LaunchMetrics Fashion GPS to assist with logistic related inquiries Correspond with publications, stylists, internal teams in a timely and professional manner Qualifications/Experience: This is an entry-level position Seeking an individual with strong organization skills with high attention to detail Ability to work and think proactively in a fast-paced environment Team player with ability to take initiative and employ problem-solving skills A ‘can-do’ positive attitude School Credit Offered
