Fashion Production Manager

We’re looking for a Production Manager who thrives in the non-traditional fashion world—someone with deep knowledge of Los Angeles-based vendors and embellishment techniques, has experience making unique items (3d printing, artisans, etc) and who can operate within a high-speed, small-batch, often one-off production environment. This is an in-person, hands-on role based in Los Angeles, requiring regular visits to local vendors, factories, and embellishment partners to manage quality, timelines, and relationships directly. • This role is about making miracles happen: solving real problems in real time, thinking creatively, and never saying “that’s not possible.” • You thrive in the messy middle, where most people tap out. • Experience with shipping and logistics, and creative workarounds for common delays or issues. We’re flexible for the right person—whether you’re looking for a permanent role or want to take ownership of production on a project-by-project basis
