- Check customer purchase orders (EDI and non-EDI) against order recaps and provide callouts as necessary - Maintain and correct production spreadsheet to ensure merchandise and necessary info, such as tickets/barcode stickers, are delivered on time. - Monitor vendor performance and keep track of all complaints and charge-backs from customers - Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure fabrics/trims are approved for production and chase into pending lab dips/strike offs/knit downs to ensure on time production delivery - Must be available to work full-time on location in Los Angeles office (no remote work)
