About the Role Major Label Group is seeking a Part-Time Production Coordinator to support our Production team across multiple accounts. The Production Coordinator will assist with all aspects of production after a purchase order is placed with the factory through final shipment and collection of shipping documents. The position reports directly to the VP of Production. Communicate with overseas factories, agents, and vendors regarding production orders, sample approvals, timelines, packaging, costing, and shipment status. Assist the Production team with additional projects and day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
