Fashion Production Associate

Our brand is known for creating the "Soft Life", which is the motto we live by. As a Production Associate at LIVLY, you will be in charge of all product groups, working closely with our designer, creative director, and the rest of the team. This position would require the person to be in the office on location. • Responsible for placing all orders for seasonal products as well as Paper Products for the Stores and Webshop. • Track product approval and lab dip submits to ensure transfer of internal and external information is obtained accurately and in a timely manner • Assist in collecting time and action information to ensure adherence to the product development calendar • Send material standards to factories, tanneries, and mills • Communicate daily with vendors to troubleshoot any production issues that arise • Monitor communication between finished goods vendors & raw material vendors • Monitor & track sample timing for CFM/PPS, wear test, test samples, TOPs, bulk shipments • Communicate delays & production shortages/overages cross-functionally • Pull samples for cross-functional teams that are needed for photo shoots • Ensure all samples & materials are organized daily • Work with customer service when there are damages & order replacement parts • Ability to work independently and comfortably in ambiguous situations, knowing how to resolve issues and having a proven track record of achieving results with problem resolution skills and root cause analysis experience.
