Production and Sourcing Associate Responsibilities... • Ensure accurate entries of raw materials, styles, bill of materials, and landed costs into our systems • Create and close purchase orders in our systems • Collaborate with both internally and externally teams to efficiently manage and track samples and purchase order deliveries • Work closely with the design team to ascertain sourcing needs • Manage production invoices and payments • Pick up finished products from local shops as needed • Assist in researching and sourcing suitable suppliers for production needs • Complete other production related tasks as assigned Requirements: • A BS in business or fashion • At least 3 - 5 year in a sourcing or production role ideally with a fashion brand • Strong project management skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused • Quick learner and highly efficient worker • Strong analytical skills • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Benefits offered: • Paid time off • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Retirement benefits or accounts Job Type: Full-time Experience: • sourcing and production: 3 years (Required)
