Job Description Job Description We're looking for a skilled Fashion Production Lead who can create patterns, cut and sew garments, and manage small-batch manufacturing for our growing clothing brand. This role is hands-on and production-focused, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and takes ownership of the garment production process from concept to completion. Qualifications • Proven experience in fashion production and pattern making • Strong proficiency in manual and/or digital pattern-making techniques • Advanced sewing and garment construction skills • Experience with small-batch or in-house manufacturing environments • Strong understanding of garment fit, grading, and construction methods • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship • Familiarity with a variety of fabrics and production techniques • Ability to bring designs from concept through final production • Fashion design, pattern making, or related education preferred but not required Company Description We are an emerging clothing brand based in Downtown Phoenix, focused on creating high-quality streetwear, luxury pieces, and performance apparel.
