Fashion Product Development / Design Assistant

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and highly organized Design/Product Development Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an incredible brand focused on luxury essentials.

In this role, you will support the design and product development teams across all stages—from concept through production. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with a strong eye for detail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with design development, including CAD sketches and tech packs
Support product development processes, from sampling through production
Maintain and update product data, line sheets, and development trackers
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timelines are met

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in fashion design and/or product development
Bachelor’s degree required
Manufacturing experience required
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
CAD sketching required
Experience building detailed tech packs under the direction of the design team
PLM experience is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
