Prioritized Must Have Skills for the CAD and Product Development Associate: Responsibilities of the CAD and Product Development Associate: • Work with design team to create and recolor seasonal CADs. • Assist in measuring incoming samples and participation in fit sessions and taking notes. Requirements of the CAD and Product Development Associate: • 3+ years of experience in design / CAD • Basic understanding in pattern making and garment construction. • Excellent eye for color and detail • High taste level and creative ability • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Adobe illustrator, and Photoshop • Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Strong follow up capability and must be an effective communicator • Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric/trim • Experience in PLM system is a plus
