Assist the Product Development team throughout the development process from concept to productionResearch current and emerging fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes (Streetwear focused) Prepare and update technical packs (Tech Packs)Create and revise technical callouts and construction notesMeasure garments accurately and efficiently during fittings and sample reviewsCompare garment measurements against specification sheets and identify discrepanciesOrganize and maintain product development files, spec sheets, and sample recordsAssist with fit sessions by taking notes and documenting revisionsCommunicate sample revisions with overseas factoriesMaintain fabric, trim, and sample librariesHelp track development timelines and production calendarsAssist with sourcing fabrics, trims, and garment componentsSupport quality control by reviewing samples for construction and measurement accuracyUpdate spreadsheets, costing sheets, and development trackers Authenticity: We stay true to our roots and our culture in everything we do.Quality over everything: We don't accept anything less than the best, and neither should you.Loyalty: To the culture, to our team, and to the people who wear our brand.Trust & Integrity: We do what we say and say what we mean, every time.Hustle and ownership: If you can perform, you'll be rewarded.
