Fashion Order Processing Specialist

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys fashion, and is excited to be involved in everything from order fulfillment and product uploads to customer service, inventory management, and general operational support. This is a full-time role and is in-person near Downtown Los Angeles. Duties • Order Fulfillment: Process and ship customer orders accurately and on time • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and handle returns or exchanges promptly and professionally • Shopify Management: Upload and update products, descriptions, pricing, and images • Inventory Management: Assist with the collection and delivery of inventory to support our operational needs • Line Sheets & Product Organization: Help create line sheets and maintain product tracking • Photoshoot Support: Assist with prep and coordination for product shoots • Miscellaneous Tasks: Complete various errands and ad hoc tasks to support the team and facilitate smooth operations • Collaborative Support: Work closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively • Errand Assistance: Occasionally assist with pickups/drop-offs (must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation) • Miscellaneous Tasks: Run errands and complete ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • 1–2 years of experience in Faire, FashionGO, eCommerce, retail, or fashion operations • Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing 50 lbs or more • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Familiarity with Shopify or willingness to learn • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive mindset with attention to detail • Based in Los Angeles – this role is in-person If you’re a self-starter with a passion for fashion and operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
