HNO MANOR — Los Angeles, CA | Contract / Project Based

HNO MANOR is seeking a confident, creative, and fashion On-Camera Content Creator / Content Model based in Los Angeles to create recurring short form video content for our social media platforms.

This is not a traditional influencer or UGC position. You do not need a large following.

We are looking for someone who can become a recognizable personality within the HNO MANOR social world by wearing/showcasing our clothing, speaking naturally on camera, product photography, creating engaging Reels and TikToks, and helping bring the brand to life through consistent social content.

HNO MANOR is a brand inspired by Y2K, McBling, 2000s fashion. If you're not aware of these type of aesthetics please do not apply.

What You’ll Do

You will receive a group of HNO MANOR pieces for short term content creation.

During each content period, you may create:

Try on, fit, detail videos (wearing, trying on the clothing or jewelry, and/or showcasing details)
Talking to camera product videos
“Look what just came into HNO MANOR” style videos and etc
Styling and outfit videos
Fashion transitions
Product detail videos
Mirror and lifestyle content
Trend based TikToks and Reels
New arrival reactions
Tiktok / Instagram Lives
“Which one would you wear?” content
Short promotional videos for upcoming drops
Raw vertical footage that HNO MANOR can repurpose/edit

The goal is to create content that feels natural, fashionable, entertaining, and social first rather than overly commercial.

How the Role Works

This is a project based recurring position.

Clothing will typically be loaned to you for approximately 2–3 days at a time for batch content creation.

You must be able to:

Pick up clothing from our Los Angeles team
Safely maintain all garments while they are in your possession
Return all garments promptly and in the same condition received
Film the agreed upon content during the loan period
Deliver finished videos and requested raw footage digitally

This position may become recurring monthly or multiple times per month depending on performance, collection releases, and content needs!

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Extremely comfortable speaking naturally on camera
Comfortable modeling fashion and creating try on content
Expressive, confident, personable, and engaging
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current short form content styles
Familiar with being engaging on Tiktok and Instagram Lives
Able to create content that feels organic rather than scripted or overly promotional
Fashion conscious and comfortable styling bold statement clothing
Creative and able to contribute ideas
Reliable with deadlines and communication
Able to follow a creative brief while still bringing personality to the content
Comfortable filming independently using a phone, tripod, or simple creator setup
Experienced creating vertical video content

Previous fashion, beauty, lifestyle, modeling, UGC, TikTok, Reels, or brand content experience is strongly preferred.

Portfolio Required

Applicants must provide examples of previous video content they have created.

We especially want to see:

Talking to camera videos
Fashion or beauty content
Try ons
GRWM videos or etc
Product videos
TikToks/Reels
Personality driven content

A large social media following is not required.

We care more about your personality, camera presence, creativity, reliability, and ability to create strong content.

Transportation Requirement

Applicants must have reliable transportation within the Los Angeles area.

You will be responsible for picking up and returning loaned HNO MANOR garments to our Los Angeles assistant unless another arrangement is made in advance.

Content Usage

Content created for HNO MANOR may be used across the brand’s social media, website, email marketing, advertising, and other digital marketing channels.

Specific deliverables and usage expectations will be provided before each project.

Compensation

This is a paid project based position.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience, content quality, number of deliverables, and scope of each content batch.

Potential for recurring paid work for the right creator.

We are looking for someone who understands that the job is not simply to wear the clothing.

We want someone who can help make people want to enter the Manor.
