Fashion Merchandiser
A fast-growing fashion company in Atlanta is seeking a talented and driven Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing merchandise that will best meet the needs of our customers. This role requires someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the latest fashion trends.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify current trends, customer preferences, and competitors' strategies
Collaborate with designers and buyers to develop merchandise concepts
Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality of products
Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels are maintained
Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on future purchases
Create visual merchandising plans to showcase products in an appealing way
Work closely with marketing team to plan promotional events and sales strategies
Regularly review product performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize sales

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in fashion buying or merchandising
Extensive knowledge of current fashion trends
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1100/month

Location: Atlanta, USA

Preference: Pakistani or Egyptian candidates preferred but all nationalities welcome. Fluency in English required.

Experience: Entry-level candidates without experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
