Job Summary Responsibilities • Assess and purchase fashionable, pre-loved clothing from customers • Pricing clothing to give customers the best possible price while keeping sales merchandise affordable • Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and price points • Communicate store inventory needs to customers • Assist with visual displays that appeal to different styles • Work at the Point of Sale (POS) counter and handle all sales-related tasks • Assist customers on the sales floor, at the dressing room, register, and buy counter • Process merchandise to get it ready for the sales floor • Keep the store clean and presentable • Assist with store security, including checking bags and monitoring the dressing rooms and other parts of the store Qualifications • Love for fashion and knowledge of current trends • Extraordinary people and customer service skills • Open availability, including weekends • Desire to grow within the fashion retail industry Company Overview Crossroads Trading Co., Inc. is a leader in the resale fashion industry, with a commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive culture where team members and customers from all backgrounds can come together to look good and feel great.
