Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

Supervise, motivate, and direct team members to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding customer service

Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to ensure the store is properly staffed

Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation

Buy and price gently used clothing and accessories according to company guidelines

Uphold all operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention

Communicate daily and weekly goals to the team and monitor progress

Step into the Store Manager role as needed in their absence

Qualifications

At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments

Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage time effectively and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment

Capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting

Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and visually inspect merchandise

Available to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends

Must be able to drive at any time during assigned shifts to perform banking functions
