Marketing & Brand Growth Intern
London Bay is looking for a creative, motivated, and fashion-forward intern to support the growth of the brand across social media, content, influencer marketing, and digital marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion and culture, stays current on social media trends, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to a growing brand. We’re looking for someone who can not only assist with day-to-day tasks, but also think creatively about how to increase awareness, engagement, and overall brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
● Help develop creative content ideas for product drops, campaigns, launches, behind-the-scenes content, and everyday brand storytelling.
● Research current social media trends, sounds, formats, and algorithm changes and identify ways London Bay can use them while maintaining the brand’s identity.
● Identify and research influencers, creators, stylists, athletes, and other potential brand partners who align with London Bay.
● Assist with influencer outreach, gifting, seeding, follow-ups, and tracking partnerships and content.
● Help build strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, website traffic, and brand awareness.
● Assist with planning and executing product launches, social campaigns, pop-ups, photoshoots, and other brand initiatives.
● Help organize content calendars, influencer lists, campaign information, product assets, and marketing materials.
● Monitor social media and campaign performance to understand what content is working and where adjustments can be made.
● Research competitors, fashion trends, emerging brands, and creative marketing ideas.
● Provide general creative and marketing support as needed in a fast-moving fashion brand environment.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is creative, organized, reliable, proactive, and genuinely interested in fashion, social media, and brand building. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for content and aesthetics, understands what performs on social media, and is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools is a plus. Experience with influencer marketing, content creation, Shopify, email/SMS marketing, or fashion brands is also a plus.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands that London Bay is building more than a social media following we are building a recognizable brand and community.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
