Responsibilities

Host lively and engaging live shopping sessions on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Showcase fashion products through compelling demonstrations, styling tips, and storytelling to captivate viewers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with current trends and seasonal campaigns.
Utilize media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software to create eye-catching visuals and promotional content.
Monitor real-time social media analytics and marketing online analytics to optimize live session performance and audience engagement.
Engage actively with viewers through comments, questions, and polls to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
Coordinate with the product team for accurate product descriptions, availability updates, and promotional offers during broadcasts.
Maintain consistent branding across all live sessions by applying branding principles and media editing techniques.

Experience

Proven experience in social media content creation, live streaming hosting, or digital marketing roles within the fashion or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
Familiarity with SEO strategies, social listening tools, Google Analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics to measure campaign success.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content through writing and visual storytelling.
Ability to analyze social media metrics for continuous improvement in content marketing strategies.
Experience in relationship management with influencers or brand partners is a plus.

About LA VENETO

LA VENETO is a growing fashion brand with a large collection of women's dresses, including more than 200 styles and a substantial inventory of premium fashion pieces.

We are looking for a confident, energetic Fashion Live Shopping Host / Model to represent LA VENETO on live shopping platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok Live.

This is more than a modeling position. We are looking for someone who can connect with an audience, present fashion beautifully, and sell with personality.

What You'll Do

Host live fashion-shopping shows for LA VENETO
Model and present LA VENETO dresses on camera
Explain fit, fabric, sizing, colors, details and styling
Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time
Create an exciting, friendly and professional shopping experience
Introduce new styles and collections
Help customers choose the right dress and size
Work with our team to organize dresses before each live
Help identify styles and products that perform best with customers
Represent the LA VENETO brand in a polished and professional way

You do NOT need to be a professional model.

If you are charismatic, confident on camera and know how to sell fashion, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

$25–$35/hour + commission, depending on experience and performance.

We are looking for someone interested in developing a long-term relationship with LA VENETO. Strong performers will have opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibility as our live-shopping business grows.

For the audition, imagine you are wearing a beautiful LA VENETO dress.

In 60–90 seconds, show us how you would:

Introduce the dress
Describe the style and details
Talk about fit and sizing
Make the dress exciting to a customer
Ask the customer to purchase

You do not need to own a LA VENETO dress for the audition.

We are primarily looking for personality, communication skills, confidence and sales ability.
