The Guest Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities: • Deliver an outstanding guest experience consistently • Maintain visual merchandising standards • Develop associates through coaching and feedback • Ensure operational compliance • Lead by example, promote teamwork and accountability • Embrace change, handle conflict effectively, and maintain respect • Maintain store environment • Assist with display construction and maintenance • Represent the brand positively through dress and grooming standards • Complete opening/closing procedures as directed • Adhere to loss prevention policies • Participate in walk-throughs and communication of successes and opportunities • Assume leadership duties as needed Requirements: • Age 20 or older • Previous retail experience preferred • Prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting required • Lifting and carrying 30 pounds regularly without assistance About Us: You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to our growth.
