Job Title: Fashion Instructor for Community College About the Position: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Fashion Instructor to teach fashion-related courses at Baltimore City Community College, utilizing digital content and multi-media resources in the classroom. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Fashion Design and at least 2 years of teaching experience. • Teach assigned classes, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for students; • Assess student learning and understanding, using a variety of evaluation methods; • Manage course materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant; • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching methods and strategies; • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge; Qualifications and Requirements: • Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field; • At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a community college setting; • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Doctoral Degree in Fashion Design, 4 years of teaching experience, and/or additional graduate hours in Fashion Design retailing and/or men's apparel.
