Key Responsibilities • Provide guidance and supervision to client advisors to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service • Collaborate with the team manager to support real-time coaching and feedback to drive business and product category results • Assist in the development and growth of client advisors, ensuring they receive consistent and branded onboarding experiences • Act as a role model by providing an exceptional client service experience, greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs Requirements • Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail is preferred • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
